Will the QR open the Instagram app or the browser?

On phones with the Instagram app installed, it opens the app directly to your profile. Otherwise it opens the web profile in the browser.

Can I switch from a personal to a business Instagram?

Yes. Update the destination URL in your dashboard and the next tap goes to the new profile — every printed sticker and card you've handed out works immediately.

Is this allowed by Instagram's terms?

Yes — pointing a QR or NFC tag to your own public Instagram profile is fully within Instagram's terms. We don't simulate any in-app interactions, just open the profile URL.
