How a digital business card works
Your Taproo card is a permanent hosted page at a short URL — for exampletaproo.com/u/alex-jones. That page renders your name, role, photo and links, plus a one-tap Save contact button that downloads a standard.vcf (vCard) file iOS and Android contacts apps already understand.
We generate a QR code that points at the same URL, and (optionally) program that URL onto the NFC chip inside a physical Taproo card. Tap the card on a phone or scan the QR — same page, same save-to-contacts flow, no app required. Update your job title once in the dashboard and every card already in someone's wallet picks up the change next time it's tapped.
