Will the NFC card work on iPhones and Androids?

Yes. Every iPhone from XS (2018) onwards and every modern Android reads NFC tags natively from the lock screen — no app, no setup. The printed QR code is a fallback for older phones.

What if I change job or phone number?

Update it once in your Taproo dashboard. The card you handed out last year still works and points to your new details immediately. That's the difference between dynamic vCards and static QR codes.

Can I see who scanned my card?

Yes. Every scan or tap is logged with timestamp, device type and rough location, so you can prioritise follow-ups. Free plan includes 500 scans/month, Pro is 25,000.

Do I have to buy a card to use it?

No. The vCard page is free on every plan and you can share the QR code as an image, in your email signature or as a wallet pass. Physical cards are optional.
