Where do I find my order reference?
- It's in the subject line and body of your Taproo order confirmation email, and on your receipt. Enter it above to see the current status of the order.
What do the order statuses mean?
- Paid means payment cleared, processing means we're programming and packing your tags, shipped means the parcel has left us, and delivered means the carrier has completed the delivery.
How quickly are orders dispatched?
- Orders are dispatched from the UK within 1–2 working days of payment. UK delivery is free on orders over £50 and Royal Mail Tracked parcels usually arrive 2–4 working days after ordering.
