Do Taproo NFC tags arrive ready to use?
- Yes. Every tag ships pre-programmed and linked to a Taproo page, so tapping it works straight out of the envelope. Each order also includes an activation code if you'd rather point the tag somewhere yourself at taproo.com/activate.
How much is UK delivery and when will my order ship?
- UK shipping is free on orders over £50. Orders are dispatched from the UK within 1–2 working days of payment, and you can follow progress at any time on the order tracking page.
Which phones can read the tags?
- Every iPhone XS and newer reads NFC tags in the background — just unlock and tap. Most Android phones on Android 10 or later read tags straight from the lock screen. iPhone 7, 8 and X need the free NFC Tools app open.
Can I change what a tag or QR code opens after it's printed?
- Yes — that's the point of a dynamic link. The tag stores a short Taproo URL and you edit the destination page from your dashboard whenever you like, so you never need to reprint or re-write anything.
Do you offer bulk pricing for larger orders?
- Bulk discounts apply automatically as quantity increases, and the tier you've reached is shown on every product page. For very large runs you can request a custom quote from the same page.
