Pair NFC Google Review Standing Card with a page
Create one of these page types first, then encode it onto the tag in one tap. Free to start — no card required.
How does an NFC Google review card get more reviews?
A Taproo NFC Google review card gives customers a direct tap route to the Google review destination you configure, so they do not need to search for your business first. The same public review link is shown to every customer; Taproo does not filter people by rating.
Use review requests consistently: do not incentivise reviews or selectively route customers based on sentiment.
NFC Google Review Standing Card — questions and answers
Do I need an app to use the NFC Google Review Standing Card?
- No app is needed to tap it. Every iPhone XS and newer reads NFC tags in the background — unlock the phone and hold it near the tag. Most Android phones on Android 10 or later read tags from the lock screen. Older iPhone 7, 8 and X models need the free NFC Tools app open.
Does it arrive ready to use, or do I have to program it?
- The NFC Google Review Standing Card ships pre-programmed and linked to your Taproo page, so it works the moment it arrives. If you'd rather set it up yourself, each item comes with an activation code you can redeem at taproo.com/activate and point anywhere you like.
Can I change where it points after it arrives?
- Yes. The tag stores a short Taproo link, and you edit the destination page from your dashboard as often as you like. The physical tag never needs re-writing, so a new phone number, menu or address goes live instantly.
How much does the NFC Google Review Standing Card cost and is shipping included?
- It's £12.99 each, with bulk discounts applied automatically as quantity increases. UK shipping is free on orders over £50, and orders are dispatched from the UK within 1–2 working days.
What if it doesn't work or I change my mind?
- As a UK or EU consumer you can cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery and we refund within 30 days of the return — the full policy is in our terms. If a tag arrives faulty, contact us and we'll replace it.
Is it against Google's rules to ask for reviews with a card?
- The Taproo card itself gives every customer the same public review destination and does not filter by rating. Your review-request practices still need to follow Google's current policies, including its rules on incentives and selective review solicitation.
Can I use one card across several venues?
- Each card holds one destination at a time, so give each venue its own card pointed at that location's Google profile. You can re-point any card from your dashboard if a location moves or its profile changes.
