A physical NFC tag is optional — pages work with a QR code or shared link.

## Build a Taproo page in 7 steps

- 1

### Create a free Taproo account
Go to taproo.com and sign up with email or Google. The free plan includes live pages, QR codes and tap analytics — no card needed.

- 2

### Pick a page type
From your dashboard choose New page and pick a type: digital business card, review link, Wi-Fi, menu, Emergency ID (ICE), luggage tag, event, links hub and more. Each type opens a purpose-built editor.

- 3

### Add your details
Fill in the fields for that page type — name, contact details, buttons, links, opening hours or emergency contacts. Everything saves as you go.

- 4

### Style it with a template
Choose one of the templates and set your colours, logo and photo. On Pro and Business you can also set a custom slug so the address reads taproo.com/p/your-name.

- 5

### Publish the page
Press Publish. The page goes live instantly at its Taproo address and works on any phone browser — no app required for you or your visitors.

- 6

### Link a QR code or NFC tag
From the page, generate a QR code to print, or activate a Taproo NFC tag at taproo.com/activate and point it at this page. The physical tag holds the Taproo link, not your content.

- 7

### Edit and track it any time
Change the content or the tag's destination whenever you like — printed QR codes and encoded tags keep working. Your dashboard shows scans, taps and where they came from.

## Where to go next

- Browse page templates — see every page type before you start.
- Activate an NFC tag — point a physical tag at the page you just built.
- Compare plans — page limits, custom slugs and branding controls.
- Shop NFC tags and cards — keychains, stickers and business cards.
