## Tag numbers and activation codes
The activation form takes two things: the tag number (looks like TAP10001) and the 6-digit code that came with it.

### Where do I find my tag number and activation code?

### The code says invalid or incorrect

### Do activation codes expire?

### I've tried the code too many times

### My tag number isn't recognised at all

## Already activated, inactive or dead ends
These messages are about the tag's status rather than your code, so the fix is different for each.

### It says the tag has already been activated

### It says the tag is inactive

### Tapping the tag opens a page that says the tag isn't set up yet

Activation itself is free and never uses up a subscription. Limits only apply to creating new hosted pages.
