## What is an AI business card generator?
An AI business card generator uses a short prompt or your contact details to help create a business card. Some tools generate a printable card design; others create a hosted digital business card that can be shared by link, QR code or optional NFC hardware.

- Print generatorsuse AI to suggest layouts, colours, typography and other design elements for a card that is printed.
- Digital generatorscreate a hosted contact page that can include your role, phone, email, links and save-to-contacts details.
- QR sharinga QR code can point to the hosted card so the same destination can be opened from print, screens or email signatures.
- NFC sharingcompatible NFC hardware can store the hosted-card link so an NFC-capable phone opens it when tapped.
- Editable destinationwith a hosted digital card, contact details can be updated at the destination without reprinting the QR or replacing compatible NFC hardware.

Taproo generates a hosted digital business card with QR sharing and optional compatible NFC hardware; current features and hardware are listed on the relevant Taproo pages.
